I really like the authors framework for innovation and how they focused on customer experience especially around language selection. Keith Goad rated it uninerested was amazing Sep 30, More important, when you raise the issue, do those around you look at you like you are crazy? I’ve had the good fortune of sitting across the table with Maria and Mike – – and they are just as dynamic in person as they are in this book.
